My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, but cleanliness was an issue with a hair found in my bed and the lack of shampoo in the shower. However, the big refrigerator was convenient. The slant of the room was unexpected. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was convenient for driving and near major highways, but the distance from Phillips Academy Andover was more than expected. The dining options were decent and saved time for early travelers. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
